How can I sign up in the Oxemon app?

There is a simple way. After speaking with one of our representatives, an account will be created for you, allowing you to access our system using your computer or mobile app.

How to Sign Logs?

Step 1.
On the main Logs screen, select the day that you would like to sing.

Step 2.
Select the tab Sign. The exclamation icon next to the Sign tab indicates that your signature is missing. Tap the Sign Log button.

Step 3.
In the grey field enter your signature with your finger. Tap Save to finish.

How to Change Current Duty Status?

Step 1.
On the main Logs screen tap on the Current status bar.

Step 2.
Choose a status from the available options under the Duty status section. Tap on Location field to select your current location. Enter Notes, like lunch break, inspection or something else. Tap Save to finish.

The current status bar will update to reflect the change. Your current duty status will also be reflected on today’s log-graph.

How to Let an Officer Inspect Your Logs?

Step 1.
From the Main Menu, select Inspect Logs.

Step 2.
To allow the officer to inspect your logs directly from the device, tap the Begin Inspection button and hand your device to the DOT officer.

Step 3.
The Inspection Mode screen displays a complete report for each 24-hour period. Each report contains:

  • Overview Data – Name, license, carrier info, shipping document, and other general info,
  • Hours of Service Graph – A visual depiction of driver logs for the selected 24-hour period,
  • Events Log – A complete list of all log events, including duty status changes, logins/logouts, ELD malfunctions, and more. Each event is accompanied by time, location, and engine data.

The DOT officer can scroll down to view your logs. He can check reports for the last 7 days, by tapping on the arrows next to the Date on the top.

How to Check Your Fuel Costs?

Step 1.
To check your fuel costs, select Fuel Costs from the Main Menu.

Step 2.
On the Fuel Costs screen you can see a list of all fuel costs. To Add New fuel cost, press the + button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3.
On the Add Fuel Cost screen add all required information and press Save. The new fuel cost will be added to the list.
